How to Use Your globalbytes.net e-Mail Account

The first thing you need to do, is log on and change your password.
1. Enter globalbytes.net in the browser address bar. Press [Enter] or click.
A new page appears.
2. Move curser to the e-mail link in the upper menu. Press [Enter] or click.

3. Move curser over the Check email link. Press [Enter] or click.
An “Enter Network Password” dialogue box appears.
4. Enter your user name followed by @globalbytes.net
Enter your password.
Do not click the save password box until you have changed the
Password to something you can remember.
Press the [OK] button.
5. You are now at the cPanel Management Page
You will see the options for 3 different types of mail: neoMail, horde, and SquirrelMail. One you have set up each one, you may use anyone you want, at any time. You may switch between them as will.
***Personally I have noticed that horde mail is the most powerful of the three. Horde Mail allows you to blacklist the email address of spammers and create e-mail filters. You may also set up a colander and task lists. For more information and doucmentation go to: http://www.horde.org
6. Below the three types of mail you will find several other options.
Choose the [Change Password] option.
Choose a secure password with letters and numbers
Passwords are CASE SeNsitIve.
Write down your password.
7. Click on horde mail.
The first time you use horde mail you will need to type in your user name followed by @ globalbytes.net
Enter your new password
Choose your language.
Press login.
From now on this will be auto filled upon logon.
8. You are now ready to explore and learn.
You can log directly to the “Enter Network Password” dialogue box by typing one of the following.
